Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns only eligible in the USA.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid USPS return shipping label, which will include your return # at the base. Please make note of this "RA" number for reference if needed. Return shipping is on us!
Return items must be in Original packaging, in new condition. Apply the USPS shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop off at your nearest post-office.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
